You can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking for a full refund. If the weather is unpleasant, we simply move your booking to the next day rather than cancelling it.

Yes. All four activities (jet ski, jet car, parasailing and flyboarding) require a signed liability waiver before you ride. You can complete our quick bilingual (English/Arabic) waiver online in advance to save time on arrival.
